Fresh blackberries always seem to find their way into my kitchen when they’re in season. After making jams, cakes, and muffins, I started looking for something a little different and ended up making this Blackberry Butter. It’s smooth, lightly sweet, and packed with fresh berry flavor. Spread it on warm toast, biscuits, pancakes, or cornbread and it instantly makes breakfast feel a little more special.
The best part is that it only takes a few ingredients and about 15 minutes to make.
